الشروط والأحكامTerms & Conditions
- الاستخدام: باستخدامك زاد اب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، ويجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة.
- الحساب: أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية حسابك، ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف الشروط.
- الطلبات والأسعار: تظهر الأسعار ورسوم التوصيل قبل تأكيد الطلب، والسعر المعروض وقت التأكيد هو المعتمد.
- التوصيل: مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية، ويلزم أن يكون العنوان صحيحًا وأن تكون متاحًا للاستلام.
- ضوابط خاصة: بعض المنتجات تخضع لضوابط خاصة وتُسلَّم بعد التحقق اللازم.
- القانون الواجب التطبيق: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
- Use: By using Zad App you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
- Account: You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
- Orders and prices: Prices and delivery fees are shown before you confirm. The price displayed at confirmation applies.
- Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. You must provide a correct address and be available to receive the order.
- Special requirements: Some products are subject to special requirements and are delivered after the necessary verification.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
سياسة الخصوصيةPrivacy Policy
نلتزم بحماية بياناتك وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020.
- ما نجمعه: بيانات الحساب (الاسم والهاتف والبريد)، وعناوين التوصيل، والموقع أثناء الاستخدام، وبيانات الطلبات.
- كيف نستخدمه: لتنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها، وتقديم الدعم، وتحسين الخدمة، ومنع الاحتيال.
- المشاركة: لا نبيع بياناتك، ونشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم لتنفيذ الطلب ومعالجة الدفع.
- الحماية: نطبق إجراءات أمنية مناسبة ونحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة فقط.
- حقوقك: يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا.
We protect your data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
- What we collect: Account details (name, phone, email), delivery addresses, location while using the app, and order data.
- How we use it: To process and deliver orders, provide support, improve the service and prevent fraud.
- Sharing: We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed to fulfil your order and process payment.
- Security: We apply appropriate safeguards and keep data only as long as necessary.
- Your rights: You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
سياسة الاسترجاعRefund Policy
- الحالات: يحق لك الاسترجاع أو التعويض إذا لم يصل الطلب، أو وصل ناقصًا أو مختلفًا أو تالفًا أو منتهي الصلاحية.
- المهلة: أبلغنا خلال ساعة واحدة من الاستلام للمنتجات سريعة التلف، وخلال 24 ساعة لباقي المنتجات، مع صور إن أمكن.
- الاستثناءات: لا تُسترد المنتجات ذات الطبيعة الصحية أو الشخصية بعد فتحها، إلا في حال العيب أو الخطأ في التوريد.
- طريقة الرد: يُرد المبلغ لوسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو كرصيد في حسابك أو بإعادة الطلب، خلال 3 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
- حقوقك: لا تخل هذه السياسة بحقوقك وفق قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
- Eligible cases: You may receive a refund or compensation if your order did not arrive, or arrived incomplete, incorrect, damaged or expired.
- Time limit: Report within 1 hour of delivery for perishable items, and within 24 hours for other items, with photos where possible.
- Exceptions: Health and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened, unless defective or supplied in error.
- How we refund: To the original payment method, as account credit, or by re-sending the order, within 3 to 14 business days.
- Your rights: This policy does not affect your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
سياسة الإلغاءCancellation Policy
- يمكنك الإلغاء مجانًا قبل بدء تجهيز الطلب.
- بعد بدء التجهيز قد لا يمكن الإلغاء، وبعد خروج الطلب للتوصيل لا يمكن إلغاؤه إلا عند التأخير الكبير غير المبرر.
- للإلغاء اختر "إلغاء الطلب" من شاشة التتبع أو تواصل مع الدعم.
- قد نلغي الطلب إذا كان المنتج غير متوفر أو تعذر الوصول إليك، ويُرد المبلغ كاملًا إن كنت دفعته.
- You can cancel free of charge before preparation begins.
- Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Once out for delivery, an order can be cancelled only in case of a significant unjustified delay.
- To cancel, choose "Cancel order" on the tracking screen or contact support.
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or you cannot be reached. If you already paid, you will be refunded in full.
